friend or foe?

STRESS always happen when we are under pressure and always there when we feel uncomfortable of something. What do you think, is it a friend or foe? Well, actually you are the only one who know the answer. For me whatever your answer is, it's TRUE! stress is depends on you, either you want to be in positive way or in negative way.
Some people feel that stress can be as a friend! it could be as the motivation to do something, they will be work well when they get pressure on it. But for others,stress can be as a foe,because when they get stress they will feel so down and it will give impact to their psychological. Moreover, they can get depression!
To avoid that, here some tips for those who are the foe of stress. First, make your environment become comfortable for you. Tidy up and clean up everything. It will be better if you have green plants. It can make you become relax and feel calm. Second, keep your health by doing exercises and eat good food. Third ,be enjoy with your job!think that you are able to do it.
So, for those who don't want to have stress ,do what you have known above.The last but not least is don't let stress control you!
